ANTALYA-KEMER
We sell our farm, which we established a year ago, in order to be able to grow organic vegetable and fruit for our own family, to be fed with the meat, milk and eggs from our own animals, and to raise our children in a beautiful environment with plenty of oxygen.
It is located on the way to Beycik Village in Tekirova district of Antalya Province. Beycik is a village built on the slopes of Olympos (Tahtalı) Mountain overlooking the sea. This village, with its dry air, beautiful natüre and exceptional view, is referred as Turkey\'s Switzerland. Located on the Lycian hiking trail, the village is flooded with visitors, especially in the summer months.
Our farm is located 3 km from the village center, where there are detached houses, compounds and shops, and 300 meters from the Kemer-Kumluca main road. It is 4 km away from Tekirova, where there are pharmacies, school, market and big markets.
The farm, with sea view and magnificent Olympos view is also very close to Antalya\'s most beautiful beaches. It is 4 km from Tekirova beach, 10 km from Phaselis Antique City beach, 12 km from Olympos Ancient City beach, 12 km from Çıralı beach and 14 km from Adrasan beach.
It has a total area of 5500 m2, which 1000 m2 is reserved for vegetable garden, 3000 m2 for orchard, 1500 m2 for living space and animal husbandry.
All areas and the entire land are divided and surrounded by wire fences. The irrigation systems of the vegetable and fruit garden are automatic.
Our coop has a capacity of 500 chickens with automatic door and automatic watering system. Currently, there are 50 chickens and 9 geese in our coop. A barn with a capacity of 20 cattle has been allocated, if desired.
There are about 100 trees in our 3000 m2 big orchard. Most of the trees are 3 years old and citrus trees are 6 years old. There are at least two of each tree variety (Gemlik olive, orange, lemon, tangerine, kumquat, fig, persimmon, plum, quince, pear, pomegranate, mulberry, apple, apricot, peach, kiwi) Also 5 walnut trees, 18 olive trees for oil and 6 grapevines.
The farmhouse has a net usable area of 75m2, in 2 + 1 plan, a large terrace designed for drying vegetables and fruits and will be sold fully furnished, if desired. The filtered drinking and potable water coming from the mountain is free. There is solar heating system that provides hot water and a satellite system on the roof.
